By purchasing or using any of our ‘edutainment’ (educational & entertainment) Programs, Courses, Trainings, Products, Website or Services ("Material"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use as well as any other terms and conditions that may apply.
All users of our material must be at least 18 years old.
The content in all of our material is the property of DSCA and is intended for personal use only. It is not to be duplicated, sold, shared, stolen, modified, copied or repurposed.You understand that doing any of the before-mentioned activities is considered theft and we retain the right to take legal action against you.
If you participate in a live training or if you are in a video, DSCA owns all rights to this material and may use or distribute the content as seen fit by DSCA.
Any testimonials (written or verbal) posted in a Voxer chat, Facebook group or comments, messages, emails or any other method sent to DSCA becomes the property of DSCA. Screenshots can/will be used anonymously to promote the container. If you post a testimonial to a container owned by DSCA you hereby give consent to these terms and the use of your testimonial as seen fit by DSCA.

The Course or Program may come with a private Facebook Community. These Terms apply to the Facebook Group. You also understand that Facebook is a public platform and therefore, we cannot guarantee your privacy for things that you share in the group as other members will also see what is posted.

Communication Guidelines.
***We will not tolerate any kind of bullying, scam, or hate messages within our communities, in DM’s, or via email. If you violate this, we can and will ban you from the community and block your profile, immediately terminating your access with no recourse to refund or compensation of any sort.***

Purchases and Payment Plans.
If paying by debit card, credit card, PayPal or Stripe you give us permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card as payment for your Program, Product or Service without any additional authorization, for which you will receive an electronic receipt for the initial transaction.
In the event that payment is not received by the date due, the Program, Product or Services will not continue and we reserve the right to cease your access immediately and permanently. We reserve the right to charge a late fee of $100 added to each remaining payment. 
Primary payment and Extended payments will be charged on time and on a recurring basis for extended payments according to the terms that you have agreed to pay. If your payment fails on the date that it is due, we may attempt to re-process your payment without notice.
In the event that you dispute a charge for a Program, Product or Service your access will be revoked immediately.
If you fail to make your payment for any reason, you have 3 days to correct this or your access to the container will be revoked and you remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Programs, Courses, Products, or Services. If you have extenuating circumstances then immediately email [email protected]
All information obtained during your purchase or transaction for our Programs, Products and Services and all of the information that you give as part of the transaction, such as your name, address, method of payment, credit card number, and billing information, may be collected by both us and our payment processing company.
Refund Policy.
Due to the fact of internet access and digital nature of our Programs, Products and Services, DSCA has a no refund policy. By purchasing any of our offers, you understand and agree that all sales are final upon purchase and no refunds will be provided to you for any reason. Should you decide to terminate your participation in any of our Programs, Products and Services, you remain responsible for all remaining payments. Access to Programs, Products and Services may be delayed for extended payment options until paid.

Termination.

In the event of cancellation or termination by either of us, you will have 24 hours to pay any and all remaining payments or balances that are owed to us.
